Please be aware that R1 Hosting is targetted towards experienced users and as such NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS PROVIDED. The only support given is for server issues such as httpd crashing, FTP not responding correctly or other errors. If you have problems checking your email for example, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to fix this as it is likely you are not logging in correctly. The server logs are regularly checked for errors, if you receive what appears to be a server error from any service, then you may contact us. Other help such as details on how to upload files, how to set up your Outlook, how to password protect directories, etc is NOT PROVIDED.
